Local Pickup:Â
- We welcome local pickup from our address in Kilsyth, Melbourne, and are flexible with pickup times. However, if you need the item urgently, please coordinate the pickup time in advance, either with or without placing your order.
- You can pay cash on pick, without placing an online order.Â

Free local shipping in Australia for an order over A$25. Customer ordering large/bulky items from far remote suburbs must contact us before placing an order.Â

You can select express shipping for local stock at a nominal extra cost.

Under normal conditions, delivery in Australia takes between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch from the local AU warehouse, depending on your location and courier operating conditions. It may longer to deliver in remote areas and during peak season.Â
